How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 1-3 working days across Ireland. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, we only ship within the Island of Ireland.
What should I do if my order is wrong or damaged?
Please email us at patrick@thaiesaan.ie within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo if possible — we'll sort it quickly.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Unopened and unused items can be returned within 14 days. Get in touch with us to arrange a return.
I’m looking for a product you don’t stock — can you get it?
We’re always adding new items! Drop us a message with your request, and we’ll do our best to source it for you.
